Recently, the customized automatic gantry palletizer by Sunswell has completed full assembly and in-plant joint commissioning. The equipment will be shipped to the United States together with the 24,000 BPH (40-40-15) high-speed bottled water filling line. As the core end-of-line packaging equipment, it is specially designed for shrink-wrapped water packs, perfectly matching the high-speed production rhythm and connecting the subsequent automatic stretch wrapper to realize full-process factory automation.
Different from traditional vacuum grabbing structures, this gantry palletizer adopts a mechanical pushing and grouping stacking method tailored for bottled water shrink packs.
The machine is programmed with a customized stacking pattern:
Equipped with an independent HMI control system, the machine supports easy parameter adjustment, pattern switching and speed control. The automatic pallet feeding system realizes automatic pallet supply and precise positioning, achieving unmanned operation and greatly improving production efficiency.
After palletizing, the full pallet is automatically transferred to the automatic stretch wrapper for film wrapping and reinforcement. This effectively stabilizes the pallet structure and prevents load shifting or collapsing during in-factory handling and internal transportation, ensuring safe and tidy finished product storage and transfer.
All mechanical and electrical configurations comply with North American industrial standards. The equipment has passed comprehensive pre-shipment testing and perfectly matches the 24,000 BPH high-speed filling line, realizing seamless connection from filling and shrink wrapping to palletizing and stretch wrapping. This delivery further improves Sunswell’s complete bottling line solutions for overseas markets.
